Consultations:
Homes up to 2000 square
feet.……….$225.00
Homes up to 3000 square feet……….$275.00
Homes up to 4000 square feet………$325.00
Our consultation includes a 1-3 hour review of the home’s interior and exterior that will include taking photos. After viewing the home with “buyers eyes” a written report will be prepared with a list of suggestions for the homeowner to complete and staging services that Chic Shanties can provide. All recommendations will magnify the appeal of the property, expediting an offer.
Following the consultation appointment, we will work up a cost estimate based on our calculation of time to achieve the desired outcome. From this estimate, clients can choose the staging options they wish to have performed.
Hourly Staging Fee…………………$80.00
Staging costs will vary according to each project as every home is unique and the extent to which it is staged will differ. Our hourly fee of $80.00 includes 2 professional, certified stagers. A typical 2000 square foot home takes approximately 12 hours for Chic Shanties to complete.
If a home is vacant and rental furnishings are required, we will select the appropriate pieces and work with the rental company to determine the monthly contract fees. The client pays the rental fees directly to the furnishings company. We will meet the delivery truck and direct the placement of the furniture.
When accessories are not available from the homeowner, or additional pieces are needed, we can assist by providing decor from our rental inventory (2 month minimum) or shop for the needed accents with a pre-determined budget. (Shopping fees are $25.00/hour)
